BRENDON BOLTON

Brendon Bolton was appointed senior coach of the Box Hill Hawks late in 2008.

Bolton, who took over as senior coach of the now disbanded Tassie Devils in the VFL in 2006, is a well known figure in Tasmanian football, having coached North Hobart to a Southern Football League Premiership in 2003.

In 2008, Bolton was senior coach at Clarence, before taking on the Box Hill job.

As a player, Brendon has played in premierships for North Hobart, Clarence and North Launceston. In 2003, Brendon won the Horrie Gorringe medal for Senior Best and Fairest in the Premier League.

ANDREW NICHOL

Andrew has joined Box Hill after a stint as Assistant Coach with the Northern Knights in the TAC Cup.

He coached Ringwood in Division One of the EFL and has been an Assistant with East Ringwood and North Ringwood. Andrew has also coached the U/12 Victorian side to 4 consecutive National Titles.

Andrew is a former Box Hill Hawks player and played 3 games with the Western Bulldogs in the AFL.

He played in the Bulldogs reserve grade premiership as well as playing in premierships with Ringwood and East Ringwood in the EFL.

KEVIN COLLINS

A Box Hill Hawks premiership player, Kevin played 170 VFA games with Box Hill, Oakleigh and Port Melbourne.

His coaching career includes stints in the Eastern Football league where he has coached South Croydon to premierships in 1990, 1991 and 1993 and Donvale to flags in 1994 and 1996.

Kevin has also Coached De La Salle in the VAFA and the Victorian Women’s Team to a National Championship.

This is Kevin’s second season with the Box Hill Hawks.

LEIGH NEWTON

Leigh is currently the Ruck Coach at the Hawthorn Football Club, and was Ruck Coach with Melbourne Football Club during 2007-08.

Leigh played 13 games for the Demons during 1997-99 after playing with Albury Football Club in the Ovens and Murray League.

He played in a premiership with Albury in 1996 and also won the League’s Best and Fairest - the Morris Medal, that year.

Leigh also played for the Murray Bushrangers in the TAC Cup.

ADEM YZE

Adem is beginning his coaching career with the Box Hill Hawks after an illustrious AFL career in which he played 271 games for the Melbourne Football Club.

Adem is a Life Member of Melbourne FC, won the Clubs Best and Fairest in 2001, was All Australian in 2002, played in the Victorian side in 2000 as well as the International Rules Series in 2000 and 2002.

Adem was recently awarded AFL Life Membership.
