| TONY PINWILL - PRESIDENT
Tony Pinwill has a long association with Football in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, having played over 400 games in the Eastern Football League and serving as President of the Donvale Football Club and as a Director of the Eastern Football League.
Between 1998 and 2002 he was a Director of the Box Hill Football Club and later the Box Hill Hawks Football Club; serving as the inaugural President of the Box Hill Hawks from 2000 to 2002 and guiding the Club to the 2001 VFL Premiership. From 2006 to 2009 he was a Director of AFL Victoria.
Tony was reappointed to the Box Hill Hawks’ Board of Directors in January 2010 and commenced his second term as President of the Club when elected unopposed at the 2010 Annual General Meeting in February 2011.
Tony is Regional Director – Southern Region – of Veolia Environmental Services.

ED SILL - VICE PRESIDENT
Ed Sill is the Chief Executive Officer of the Locker Group, an international manufacturing company based in Melbourne.
Previous sporting involvements include a number of years as President of the Hawthorn Amateur Football Club in the Victorian Amateur Football Association as well as coaching in the F.I.D.A league. Ed is the current Treasurer of Hawthorn FC's coterie group 'The Confreres'

BEN DUNLOPBen Dunlop was appointed onto the board of Directors in February 2012. he is the Financial Accountant of the Hawthorn Football Club, a positin he had held since 2009. Ben is a qualified CPA and completed a Masters of Business (Sports) Management in 2009.

MARK EVANS
Mark Evans is the General Manager of Football Operations at the Hawthorn Football Club, a position he has held since 2004.
Mark is a past player of the Box Hill Football Club (1992 to 1995) and former Director of Sandringham Football Club. He has been a Director of Box Hill Hawks since December 2004.
Mark received Life Membership of the Box Hill Hawks Football Club in 2010 having completed 10 years service to the Club as both a player and administrator.

SAM KOULIS
Appointed onto the Board of Directors in August 2006, Sam has been the Director of Soho Workshop for seven years.

MARTIN RALSTON
Martin Ralston joined the Board of Directors in May 2006. Martin is also a member of the Hawthorn Football Club Board, a position he has held since 2005. He currently serves as vice chairman of the Moonee Valley Racing Club, is the non executive chairman of Transol Corporation and Sirecam and is a non executive director of DWS.
Martin's business skills are in information technology and strategic business planning. He has a Bachelor of Economics and has been a partner with Management Consulting Company, Accenture for 25 years.

PAUL WHEELTON OAM
Paul Wheelton OAM joined the Box Hill Hawks Board in February 2012, having been involved with the club for over two decades as a supporter and sponsor.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, University of Melbourne 1978, Paul has for the last twenty-five years has been Managing Director and owner of the largest Budget Rent A Car franchise group in Australia. He is currently Chairman of the Budget Licensee Council.
Paul is also Chairman of Life Education Victoria, having served on their board since 2001, working heavily on their fundraising events, profile raising activities and strategic direction including Ocsober, which is supported by Box Hill Hawks.
Other organisations that Paul is involved with include Variety, the Children’s Charity, Bali Children’s Foundation and organising Board for the Strathcona Baptist Girls’ Grammar Brownlow Breakfast. |

BOB WYND
Bob Wynd was appointed on to the Board of Directors
in December 2011. Bob is a director of Prom Coast Holiday Units and
former director of Roma Caravans. Bob is a prominent member of the
Confreres Group with Hawthorn and has a very strong passion for the Box
Hill Hawks.

The Box Hill Hawks Football Club Limited was officially established
on 23rd December 1999 after a joint venture was agreed between the Box
Hill Football Club Inc and Hawthorn Football Club Ltd.
This agreement was subsequently renewed in 2002, 2006 and
2011; the current agreement is for 3 years duration covering the 2012
to 2014 football seasons with an option of and additional five seasons.
As per the current agreement, the Box Hill Hawks Board comprises a maximum of 9 Directors.
