ELECTION OF DIRECTORS – SEASON 2010

Members are advised that the nomination period has closed for the four Directors positions that will be vacated on 31st December 2009.

At the closing time of 4:00pm on 30th October 2009, the following four nominations had been received:

• Mr James Conway
• Mr Tony Pinwill
• Mr Gary Sammartino
• Mr John Ure

All four nominees are eligible to serve as a Director and were properly nominated, seconded and lodged with the Secretary.

Therefore these four persons are declared duly elected as Directors of the Box Hill Hawks Football Club Limited for season 2010, their terms to be from 1st January 2010 to 31st December 2010.

The following Director of the Box Hill Hawks Football Club Limited is retiring on 31st December 2009:

• Mr Paul Hooper
